The rules come from different places at once: federal and state regulations, county programs, pipeline specifications, and the occasional emergency waiver. Calendar resolves all of it into one answer: the ceiling that actually binds, for each spec, at each terminal city, on each day of the year.

Every city and spec pair renders as a timeline of ASTM volatility classes, with a lane for each authority: federal, state, county, and pipeline, plus the NYMEX benchmark for reference.
